All pricing and quotes provided are subject to change. Any formal quotation is valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Work may be paused or cancelled if payment terms are not met. A deposit may be required for larger or long-term jobs. Payment methods accepted will be outlined at the time of engagement.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather, supplier delays, safety risks, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Elevate Property Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected under Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
